While doing research on the homebuying process there were hundreds of horror stories with nightmarish examples of ineptitude and General bad business practices. We came into the experience with No real expectations of how it “should go”. Kathy’s professionalism and friendly approach was a pleasant surprise. Despite shortcomings from our chosen mortgage provider Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Kathy was always available and willing to share her vast knowledge and experience. There was never a “dumb question” that she didn’t have the answer for or didn’t go out of her way to get the answer for. In closing, this should be the industry standard of what a homebuying experience with a realtor should be.

If you are looking for a realtor in Tampa Area, Matt is your realtor. It's hard looking for a home when you are out of state. Matt made this process as smooth as possible for us. Matt was very knowledge of Tampa real estate market. He guided us to areas of interest and steered us away from other areas. He was very detailed orient and observant when came to looking at properties. I am a number’s person; I appreciated the fact before we put in offer Matt would do his research and send us detailed report on property and area. Since our home buying process was done remotely Matt would go to property video call and send us videos on property. He was always available whenever you needed him and was constantly researching homes for your criteria. If you are looking for a realtor that will fight for you, he is your realtor. I wish we would’ve found out about Matt in the beginning of the home buying process. We did normal research of Tampa realtors went with one after interviewing a few top realtors in area. Let’s just say I wasn’t impressed with our 1st realtor. It was a night and day difference between the two realtors. Matt really cares about the relationship that is formed with his clients.
