I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. At the time of the desired purchase I was working out of town regularly and living out of hotels M-F. Home being a dilapidated rental home that my wife and I were throwing away to much hard earned money on every month. I had limited time and resources at my disposal but we were extremely motivated to improve our situation. Rania was introduced to us from my wife’s sister and brother in law also their close knit circle of friends who they treat as family had done business with in the past. She had come to us highly recommended and by the time we grew enough courage to seriously pursue buying our first home she was already considered an extended part of our family. Moving forward in the home buying process she did not fail to deliver and even exceeded our expectations. Everything including an home for sale app that was customized to exactly what we were looking for, the area we desired to live in and of course what we could actually afford that was within our budget. Small minute details that directly benefit us such as directing us to a first time home buyers class that ultimately helped make our purchase even more affordable. Rania made herself available every step of the way right up until the inspection and the closing process helping to protect our investment as if it was her own. That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.

I didn’t particularly like being so rushed to close when there was no time crunch. I was misled into believing the buyers needed to move sooner than they actually did. My neighbor has since told me they still haven’t moved in and it’s been six weeks now. I was told they lost everything in Hurricane Helene but apparently they had another place to live.It was very disappointing to find this out as my husband and I busted our butts to move out over the busy Thanksgiving Day weekend. My plan was to gradually move to our new house and take my time so I could figure things out as I went. I guess the agents needed their commission in a hurry. Beth has been a long time friend and I wanted to make sure she got her commission because she took her time with me and we looked at many houses for years but I was disappointed in the end. I understand, though, how “sales” work and I don’t hold this against anyone. I just thought she would have looked out for my well being a little better; if the situation was reversed I would have done anything to make her life easier.

Alan made my first buying experience much easier than I anticipated. Knowledgeable, always on the lookout for properties, provides honest feedback, and really helped negotiate the way to my first home.
