I have used Dana for several business real estate transactions over the last four years and am currently using her for my personal real estate transaction. She is an excellent thorough agent who is well versed in the Tampa market. She is and always will be my agent of choice.

I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far. Hope I don't have to move again but Kimmie would be my first call.

Even though Tampa is not her primary territory, she did her research as to what we were looking for and found what we wanted. She worked well with other realtors and was a great advocate. I would definately use her again.
