I had the pleasure of interacting with Goran Kocoski during a recent real estate transaction where he represented the buyers and I was the seller. Even though he was working for the other side, Goran’s outstanding professionalism and personable attitude left a huge impression on us. He was incredibly easy to talk to and approached the entire process with a collaborative spirit. Instead of drawing hard lines during negotiations, Goran actively listened to our needs and worked with us to find fair compromises that kept the deal moving forward smoothly. It is rare to find a buyer's agent who treats the sellers with such immense respect and fairness. Goran is a top-tier agent and a true class act. Whether you are buying or selling, you are in excellent hands with him.

Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

David is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with in South Tampa. Strong communication skills, patient and proactive. I’m so happy with how smooth my home search and buying went. David also has a great network that supported me during the process. Very impressive! Buying a home is stressful but I can’t think of a moment during the process where I felt stressed. I knew David had my best interests and would strive to get the right home. And he did! Thank you so much!!
