We listed our house at the wrong time and Lenny was still able to get it sold. It took some creative financing since it was an international sale. Lenny was patient with the buyer and helped him with the extra paperwork. There was a 13 hour time difference and a 3 hour difference with lender, but Lenny kept it all straight. It was a difficult deal, and most realtors would not have been as patient, but Lenny stuck with us and helped us make a great deal for both parties.

Judy actually represented the buyer in my situation, but as I was not represented independently, she gave what I felt was excellent and even handed advice about how to proceed. In this busy market with multiple offers I felt comfortable with Judy and did not feel she was overstating her clients ability or motivation in making an offer. She was respectful of my time, and efficient when moving the transaction forward. I am the one that asked to move the closing us due to my time constraints, and despite the chaos, I believe everything went amazing. So, to wrap up, I will also leave that as my final comment on Judy as a realtor "Amazing"! :)
