We HIGHLY recommend Marion Clark, REMAX, St Petersburg, as an incredibly hard working, professional, informed and very positive Realtor. We will definitely use her again when we buy or sell in the Tampa/St Pete area. We looked during two week-ends in St Pete, Florida (with several weeks away in between). Marion continued the search while we were away; gave us daily updates about listings, market activity, etc. Even though she was serving other clients, it felt as if she was there for us alone. Her sincere dedication to finding us a the perfect vacation place was obvious. We scheduled a last minute trip and in a matter of 2 days Marion had lined up 13 showings! Cheryl Altman and her associate Linda Lee Blefko far exceeded the expectations I had of a real estate agent based on my prior experiences with other agents. They gave us great guidance on how to prepare our home for showing and how to price it, while allowing us to make the final decisions on everything. They kept us constantly informed via phone, email and text, and they helped us stage the house for showing. Linda handled the very busy open house and expertly juggled the 8 offers that resulted, helping us quickly decide which offers were likely to come to fruition. Linda also helped guide us through the minor repairs/upgrades our selected buyers requested and helped us arrange licensed trades-persons to do the work before closing.
