I was trying to sell my house by owner because I felt I had the experience and it was a sellers market. I had several realtors walk thru my house and try to convince me to list it with them. Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it.
