I was so lost in the world of real estate. Lisa was like having a realtor in the family. She helped me understand and navigate the process. I always felt that I could call her at any time, for anything. I cannot thank her enough for being the caring, attentive person she was to me. She isn't my resaltor, she's family!

From the first time that I met Ms. Contreras and her teamduring an Open House it has been a pleasurable experience. Their team spirit and positive energy shows that they enjoy what they do. Lisa made a great first impression with her instant and personable attention. She demonstrated knowledge of the home she was showing, answered my questions, and what I appreciated the most, she left me alone to go through the house to look over the home quietly so I could have my own thoughts about each room in the house. I didn't feel rushed or pressured with intense selling tactics to get me to like the house. She maintained a pleasant and quiet distance, which allowed me to connect with each room as if the home was mine. She responded only if I had any questions. I gave her my contact information, she explained her role in the home buying process to ease my understanding, and how she does her research on properties that customers are interested in, by being aware of market trends. After interviewing other realtors, I signed with Lisa. Because of her knowledge of real estate, she helped me avoid problematic properties. She introduced me to her network of providers to verify that the conditions of prospective homes were solid. The people I met through Lisa were so courteous and dedicated to their profession. They take care of their customers, and maintain communication so that you understand who is doing what. when, where, and why. I felt well taken care of, and my trust in Ms. Contreras and her team has proven to be rightly placed. I whole-heartedly reccommend her services. Thanks so much Ms. Lisa Albino-Contreras for you and your team members for helping me find my dream home!

Everything went well, Lisa was wonderful .
