From day one Celina sat down with my wife and me and listened and heard what it was we were looking for in a first home. She worked non-stop to locate homes that fit not only our needs now but also our future needs. When problems arose, Celina worked until they were resolved and never took no for an answer. Celina was very professional and completely transparent about what she was able and unable to do. Coming from a Law Enforcement and Military background, her honesty, and integrity was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to get the job done! Thank you Celina Skinner and Florida's 1st Choice Realty!

Michele has been my Realtor for both the buying and selling of my home. She is second to none in the quality that she provides. She is responsive, communicative, honest, and just goes above and beyond for her clients. The sale of my home was a challenging one, as I moved out of state while the house was on the market and Michele took care of things that were far beyond the scope of what her job is. She did this because she cares about her clients and does her job extraordinarily well. I cannot recommend her enough as she is simply the Best.
