On the market exploring for a second home option in the Tampa area, Gigi helped us find the house in the kind of neighborhood and all the must haves we wanted. She clearly understood what we wanted and without wasting anyone's time she showed us the right options. She knows her market well and the neighborhoods; Gigi is a very good negotiator that will make a real estate transaction go smooth, she stays involved in the process making sure the transaction keeps moving along for all - buyers and sellers. After the successful closing we are now entrusting her with the sale of our waterfront condo. We recommend Gigi to anyone for a real estate transaction, big or small, she's your gal!

Gigi was very communicative and easily accessible. She responded within reasonable times and helped me get set up as a first time home buyer, she broke things down and counseled me on things I did not know. Would recommend!

Have you ever tried calling or texting an agent. It's almost impossible to get ahold of them. This was never the case. No matter how big or small. My agent was there. I just want to say thank.
