For nearly eight months, Re was consistently showing my wife and I potential first homes in a strong post-covid-19 sellers market. The entire time she fielded our round-the-clock questions, and was highly communicative. She leveraged her experience and contacts in the Tampa Bay area to make showings, inspections, and closings happen. Re's robust connections in the Tampa Bay area made it so much easier to procure inspections, mortgages offers, cleaners, and even repairmen for our first ever home! Re is unique among real estate agents as she has built and sold homes in the past. Most notably, despite the fact that her compensation was purely commission based as a buyer's agent, she talked my wife and I out of numerous bad houses over an eight months period.
