We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. Melissa did a great job getting my condo sold at a good price. There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them.
