This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Sheila handled my land purchase very professionaly and was always available to help with any of my questions and concerns. Thank you!!

She went above and beyond showing me places and gave me areas that I wasn’t even looking at to give me a better understanding of the area since I am new, which I appreciated greatly
