Nancy was amazing! She had an excellent knowledge of the market-since our home really had no comps in our immediate area, she reached out farther into Belleair and came up with a selling price that we were hoping to get based on our research. And after only 2 days on the market, we had an offer! Her professionalism was top-notch, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when we needed to be out of the house. She walked us thru every step of the closing and arranged everything. She always got back with us promptly if we had questions and was overall a very nice person to work with. I would highly recommend Nancy and Birch Realty to anyone looking to sell their house in the Pinellas County area.

We are so thankful to have Annie as our agent! Her knowledge, communication, and professionalism is first-class! Initially, the idea of relocating from state to state – we were a bit concerned on how challenging the process would be as we were remote and limited to on-site visits. However, Annie's dedication and extraordinary hands-on service made the process simple, easy to understand, and very smooth. The information that Annie provided on each house, neighborhood, and the surrounding areas were very detailed and accurate, which helped us greatly throughout the decision-making process. We are so delighted with our new home and the location! Annie is a fantastic agent, and we really appreciate and enjoyed working with her! We foresee our experience with Annie as the beginning of our relationship – going forward, we will definitely keep in touch with her, and continue to utilize her exceptional realtor expertise and services. We’ve already highly recommended Annie to our family, friends, and will continue to do so to anyone who’s looking to experience exceptional realtor service!! Trust us - if you're looking for a realtor, you don't want to miss out on what Annie has to offer!!!

Chad & April were a rock through our home purchase. They got us through many showings, terrible inspections and finally into our dream home. All this with patience and a smile.

I am writing to highly recommend Isabel for any real estate needs. She guided me completely through the process of selling my home, including hiring the right people to get it ready for the market. Her kindness is something I will never forget; she even paid the first month and deposit out of her own pocket upfront for my assisted living facility because my home hadn't closed yet. Izzy has been in the industry for many years and is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. I highly reccommend her.
