I am writing to highly recommend Isabel for any real estate needs. She guided me completely through the process of selling my home, including hiring the right people to get it ready for the market. Her kindness is something I will never forget; she even paid the first month and deposit out of her own pocket upfront for my assisted living facility because my home hadn't closed yet. Izzy has been in the industry for many years and is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. I highly reccommend her.

Ann was great as my buyers agent. We found a place and I had no problem paying list price, but she showed me comps letting me know I should come in at a different number on my offer price, saving me quite a few thousand dollars! Very professional and always great to work with.

I've worked with many realtors over the years, some great and some not so much. Rebecca is by far the best that it's ever been my privilege with which to have been associated. She did an outstanding job preparing my house for sale, and I received top dollar in the end. The advice that she gave me was spot on, and she went above and beyond what any other realtor has done for me. After that, she helped me find my dream condo at the beach. She truly listened to what I said that I wanted, and made sure that I was treated fairly during the negotiation. Do yourself a favor and use Rebecca for all of your real estate needs. You'll be very glad that you did. I'd give her a thousand stars if it was possible!!!!
