Emily was very concerned with getting what we really needed and wanted in a house. She worked with us, our old house buyers and the new house seller. We had a long distance move between 2 states and she was on top of things at all times. She is a very sweet caring woman who made things easier for us. I would use her again and recommend her to everyone.

Alex was very very knowledgeable, very kind and understanding . Alex also helped me from the beginning to the end . I appreciate him so much. Thank you Alex! Sheryl D gallons

Jeff worked with me to sell my parents home after they moved into a Sr. Living facility. It was an emotional and overwhelming time for them and Jeff was exactly the person we needed. He was very patient to explain everything to them and they felt he had a lot of integrity. They trusted him from the start. Once I was able to get it ready for listing it was a seamless process. Our buyer was a little difficult to work with and Jeff handled it like a pro. The home sold after being on the market for only 3 days. I would highly recommend Jeff as a realtor.

We interviewed several real estate agents before choosing KC Harder and we’re so glad we did. She was clear about the process, what her compensation included and exactly what we needed to do to get our home market-ready—despite listing off-peak. After painting over the loud colors left by a previous owner, staging and listing, the house went under contract in just four days for $15,000 more than what other realtors told us we’d be “lucky” to get. We closed early, and KC made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her—thank you, KC!
