Liza was extremely knowledgeable about the market and kept up with all activity in the area to help us make decisions along the way. Liza was always working behind the scenes to ensure our home was getting the best exposure and all questions were answered for potential buyers. She made the process less stressful and the process through closing seamless. I recommend anyone looking for an agent to grab Liza when contemplating selling or buying a home. Thankful to get to know her !!

Liza navigated our listing and sale with effortlessly in a crazy, changing market. We wanted to move quickly and she recommended a fair listing price where we didn't feel like we were under priced, but accepted an offer in just under a week, and close to listing price. We moved out of state, so couldn't use Liza's services to buy, but she was our buying agent in the past. She also helped us coordinate a simultaneous closing with our new home at the title company in Tampa. Liza knows real estate and knows her neighborhood and Tampa as a whole, and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Liza was so patient with me and all of my buyer questions. She was very knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for a better agent during the buying process!
