We wanted to move quickly and she recommended a fair listing price where we didn't feel like we were under priced, but accepted an offer in just under a week, and close to listing price. We moved out of state, so couldn't use Liza's services to buy, but she was our buying agent in the past. She also helped us coordinate a simultaneous closing with our new home at the title company in Tampa.
