Chris was such a blessing throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we had so many questions/concerns and he addressed them all, never once making us feel like a burden. He was extremely communicative, kind, and always gave his honest opinion whenever we became stuck on a decision. He worked with us until close to midnight to wrap up our offer, just a few days after we walked into the open house he was hosting with no realtor, no pre-approval, and little direction on where to even begin. Thanks to Chris, we are fortunate to now call that house our home! He also put us in touch with many wonderful partners who added to the ease of our journey to homeownership. A Realtor by definition is a person who acts as an agent for the sale and purchase of buildings and land. Chris Galvis takes this to a new extreme incorporating something called family. Our family had another realtor and we weren’t even looking for a home. Through the right channels placed by none other than God Himself, Chris entered into our lives! Starting with simple updates of houses within our search that we didn’t even ask for but his searches were better matched than those of our current realtor at the time. When we showed interest in the San Antonio area he entered into the process with us. When the house we wanted, immediately gave us a time crunch he took down every question I had (I had a lot..) and found every answer even with open honesty admitting when he wasn’t sure of something he followed through in finding the answers. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at no point stressed by any means and I have to say this walk was so smooth till the day of signing, even easier than booking the moving truck! We thank him for so much and for everything, truly giving his all, and becoming such an important part of our lives, making us feel like family and welcoming us into our new home. Thank you Chris for everything! There are no words to express how truly grateful we are, but I hope this is a start.
