After nearly 1 year with our 1st realtor, in which we were outbid on 5 houses (that we offered tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price) we decided it was time to make a change. In the housing market, the most important thing a real estate agent can provide is knowledge and advice. This is especially true in the 2021 housing market. That is precisely what Jeff provided. This is a valuable lesson that I learned much later than I should have. Please don't make the same mistake as me. My experience with Jeff: I essentially cold called him on a Monday morning. He agreed to represent us. By 10:30 AM the same day, he was showing us the house. And we we're under contract the following morning. I was flabbergasted. If only I had chosen Jeff from the beginning, I could have avoided, most if not all, the pain and aggravation previously. And once we were under contract, the level of service was even more impressive. Jeff is so thorough and helpful throughout the process that it really sets your mind at ease.
