Working with Gail from BRG was such an amazing experience! She helped ease the tension from moving from New York to Florida. There were numerous times that we were not able to travel to Fl to visit the home in person, however, Gail made sure we were accommodated and went above and beyond to set up video calls and record many in depth videos about each property we may have had even the slightest interest in. She was always available to take our calls and answer any questions that came up through the process. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to research each home to be prepared for any and all questions we may have. Gail truly cares about all of her clients and her enthusiasm and kindness is demonstrated throughout the entire house buying process. Khairi Salah is a hard working and extremely knowledgeable agent who will get you the best possible price for your listing, or if you are purchasing he will make sure you are getting a good value and not overpaying. I have dealt with him for both types of transactions and was very fortunate to have him on my side. Selling my property he quickly got me a price far above what I was expecting, however he had done his market research and was able to justify that price to the buyers. He made all the arrangements for showings including dealing with my tenants, making everything extremely easy and stress-free for me. He is extraordinary at multi-tasking and can handle many complicated matters simultaneously. I was trying to sell my house by owner because I felt I had the experience and it was a sellers market. I had several realtors walk thru my house and try to convince me to list it with them. Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it. Great choice she is a hard full time dedicated realtor that goes above her job and stays on top of everything. I have bought and sold many houses she is by far the best realtor I have had!
