Bobbie is effective and super knowledgeable! She heard me loud and clear about my must haves and attacked finding my first home with tenacity! I know it doesn’t usually happen that you find your home in just a few outings, but I did! This is how good Bobbie is. She has a team of highly qualified people she works with, from loan officer to home inspector. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Jennifer made the total process from listing to closing both smooth and easy. Even though I (the seller) live in N. Virginia, and the property was near Tampa, FL, the entire transaction could not have been easier. Jennifer used technology to facilitate document transfer and signing. She was always immediately available and responsive to calls. She was extremely helpful in the process getting the property repaired, cleaned and ready for sale. She offered good advice and mediation to close the deal. Given the listing coincided with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the total process listing-to-closing was about 3 months -- obviously also with some good luck on my end. However, I think Jennifer's 'can-do' attitude is what made it all happen.

Heather and her team were beyond exceptional when helping me sell my father’s home. I live in NC and the home is in FL. Heather had the home listed with professional photos within 36 hours of speaking with her and scheduled an open house for that weekend. Although, the home I sold was not an expensive home she gave my home just as much attention and exposure as a $500,000 home. Thank you for a tremendous experience! Words can not express how much I appreciate Heather and her team and their professionalism.
