Bernarda is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for her. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives it. Amy questions I have she will always has an answer. That is what I am talking about. Most definitely I will use her service again!

I met Simone during an open house she was hosting. She was the last of 8 open houses I attended. That day was not only a search for potential properties, but a realtor as well. I am glad I didn't select anyone until the end of the day, as they say, save the best for last. Simone was super responsive, following up immediately after the showing, and coming back with answers or follow ups as promised. She made me feel like I was her only client. She shared info about the property, the area and the market in general. I never felt like I was being pressured or deceived. She kept me informed every step of the process. I plan to stay in touch on a personal level and I will definitely recommend and use her again.
