Jose Cardenas is a truly exceptional real estate agent. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, honesty, patience, and an impressive knowledge of the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. His dedication went far beyond our expectations. He made us feel supported, confident, and well represented throughout the entire transaction. Jose is not only an excellent agent, but also a trustworthy person who genuinely cares about his clients. Without a doubt, he is one of the best agents we have ever worked with. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Five stars are simply not enough to describe his outstanding service!

Jose was outstanding from start to finish. He was always informative and made the entire process smooth with no issues. He went above and beyond by helping us get access to the home before closing so we could prepare for updates, which made our move-in much easier. Jose handled the entire transaction with professionalism and friendliness, and even after closing, he has continued to be available—always picking up his phone and helping with any questions we’ve had about the home and the neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Jose to anyone, especially if you’re looking in Avila.

Not only is Jose the best realtor ever, we consider him a friend. He has a great process. We had so much fun with Jose and he knows everything there is to know about design, real estate, staging, Tampa and all the surrounding areas. We used Jose to help us find a house and also to sell our house and we cannot imagine having anyone else. When we were on vacation we had to call him since we missed speaking with him! He is fair, honest and just has a ton of knowledge. He loves what he does and it shows throughout every interaction. Thank you Jose! Your friends, GGG
