Drawing inspiration from his mother’s work ethic as a
musician, Jose has applied the same discipline to his own
career. A luxury home specialist and entrepreneur, he
founded Jose Cardenas LLC, a company focused on the
acquisition, development, renovation and design and
resale of high-end single-family residential properties.
Jose has been recognized locally and nationally for his
outstanding renovation work and design skills and is a
member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Armed with a passion for all things real estate, he
consistently delivers an exceptional and elevated
experience while ensuring his customers envision the true
potential of any home.
Earning numerous accolades, Jose is the proud recipient
of the 2019 Florida Main Street Secretary of State Honor Award for top economic vitality project and has
been inducted into Marquis Who’s Who, a publication
that highlights individuals based on noteworthy
accomplishments. As a dedicated member of the
community, he has volunteered as a chairman of the
design committee for the New Port Richey Main Street
organization from 2015 through 2017 and the Leadership
Pasco Alumni class of 2017. Jose is also a member of the
Rotary Club of Trinity and was a chairman for Citizens
Advisory Committee for transportation to Pasco County.
He received a Bachelor of Science in international
marketing with an emphasis in design from Madero
Methodist University in Puebla, Mexico. His past
experience includes work as an arts integration manager,
social studies coordinator and bilingual educator at the
Houston Independent School District. Jose was also
trained by the Houston Museum of Fine Arts Learning
Through Art program and was a performer of folkloric
traditional dances for 20 years.
A resident of the Avila Golf and Country Club and an avid
world traveler, Jose enjoys karaoke, collecting art, running
5Ks and is a self-proclaimed dog lover.
