We bought our house through Taylor when we moved to the Tampa area. He was awesome to work with; quick to jump on any opportunities and worked hard to get us the best possible value for our home purchase. He was not pushy at all to just make a sale, but made us feel completely comfortable in our search and wanted to find us the best home for us. And so, when it was time to move out of state, it wasn’t even a question for us regarding who we were going to use! Once again, Taylor (and his team) were outstanding. When selling, Taylor immediately came to the house and let us know what we would need to work on and what his expectations were for us to list at. Taylor and his team quickly had beautiful photos taken, our house listed, and an open house set up. We accepted an offer in less than a week for more than we expected. We would definitely recommend Taylor as a realtor to buy or sell!

Breanne is the best. We tried to find a home in January/February of 2022 and got intimidated by the prices. We got back in touch with Breanne in February of this year and she remembered us! We looked online and asked her if she could show us the homes we liked. She was happy to help. She made everything so easy and we just closed on our new (to us) home on 3/3.
