I contacted Angie over the phone to help us sell my mother's property. I live in another state (Maine) She came and met with us when I got down into town and was available and looked and listed the property at a fair market price, My mother is older and after talking to other people really wasn't sure about listing, Angie assured her she could and would sell her home, She told my mother exactly what she would do, she did exactly what she said she would and then some, she went above and beyond all exspectations, she showed the property twice in one day and sold the home in less than 36 hours after listing, plus she sold it for $7,501.00 over asking price. She helped find my mother a gated community to move into also. She worked with the buyers mortgage company and basically made the deal move forward and got it done, even when the buyers agent stalled and moved aside, Angie worked with both sides to complete the deal. From listing to closing to moving , this agent was and is extremely professional and one go getter. If it wasn't for her my deal would have stalled. She kept my mothers feelings and well being the first priority. I listed with Blue Sun Reality ( Angie ) on March 30th 2016 she sold it on April 2nd (36) hours later.. she worked with me and the buyer to tie up loose ends and make the transaction proceed and get done, from helping me find a new place to move to and make sure I got moved safely.This agent loves her job and it shows..
