As a first-time homebuyer, I started this journey with very little confidence or knowledge about buying a new home. Sudhir Prabhuji was there for me through every step, not only as my realtor but also as a great moral support. He showed us many houses with incredible patience and always gave us different options. He never pressured us to buy anything. I have seen other realtors push clients toward a property to close the deal, but Sudhir never once did that. He was ready to show us as many homes as necessary until we found the one we truly loved. Coming from a middle-class family with a limited budget, owning a home like this felt difficult. Sudhir helped me understand the loan terms, decide a comfortable budget, and choose the best option for my family. My credit score was around 640 when we started, and with his encouragement and guidance, I worked on it and reached around 721, which helped me get a better mortgage rate. His support didn’t stop after we selected the house. He constantly followed up with the builder, construction manager, lender, and external inspector. He negotiated everywhere possible for my benefit—from builder incentives and closing items to the mortgage and even the home insurance quote. He was always asking what more could be done to save me money and get me the best deal. Some of the incentives he helped us get were beyond what I expected. Even after closing, he continues to check on us and make sure everything is going well. During this journey, he became more than our realtor; he became like family. For Sudhir, clients are not transactions. He treats them like his own family. Without his patience, guidance, negotiations, and moral support, achieving this dream would have been much harder for us. For me and my family, Sudhir Prabhuji is truly the best realtor in Tampa. I would recommend him without hesitation.
