I had been looking for a house to purchase for myself and my family and actually had another agent “helping” me… this first agent just didn’t seem interested in helping us find the perfect home so i stopped looking for a bit to let our contract expire! Then I saw a house I wanted to see some time later and Colleen showed me the house! Well this house didn’t work out for us.
