Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease. Dan went above and beyond to help sell my home. When I was unavailable to meet a repairman, he went to the house, met him, waited and made sure the work was completed. The house was under contract in under a week and the sale closed within 40 days. He is a nice guy, accommodating and knowledgeable. No question- hire him.

Working with Johnathan for the purchase of our home couldn't have been easier. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well.
