We could not have asked for a better realtor. Autumn is endlessly knowledgeable, organized, “on-it,” personable, professional, polished, ethical, responsive, and was able to juggle multiple deadlines, crises, and obstacles for us, all while making it look effortless, and serving as a sympathetic, constructive guide and sounding board when disasters happened. We worked with her for a little over six months (and one-and-a-half contracts accepted and many more submitted) and when she came to our closing, it was bittersweet, because although we’ve found a home we love, it meant that we won’t be meeting up with Autumn several times a week for showings. The quality of Autumn’s representation was so excellent, it should serve as a benchmark that other realtors should aspire to. Autumn knows the territory, knows the market, knows the comps, knows the other realtors, knows what’s coming to MLS, knows what’s not, knows “someone who does that,” and knows how to make the people she represents feel like they are her only clients.
