I worked with Nicole for approximately 6 months searching for a multi family investment opportunity. Nicole never gave up, despite how difficult my parameters were. She always sent me opportunities as well as her analysis. She also constantly kept in contact with me, every day to every other day, as needed. Once we found the deal I wanted to go after, she stepped up even further. Everything that needed to get done, she spearheaded. She had the companies in place for financing, inspections, and even a contractor (who was also phenomenal).
