Remote purchaser - She coordinated all the necessary inspections, after helping us find the right house. Beverly pointed out issues with some listings, and listened to our specific needs and preferences, helping us to find, ultimately, the "RIGHT" house. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough.

Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco.
