Excellent Experience

As a first time home buyer, and someone new to the area, Ruth was very knowledgeable about everything to do with homebuying, and Tampa! I am very glad I found her to assist me in this stressful experience! She made it as easy as home buying could be, and really helped me as far as making sure I was getting what I was paying for and not being ripped off! It is hard as a first time buyer figuring out what it all means but she did a great job guiding me and teaching me! I highly recommend if you're looking for an experienced realtor!

Kathy’s communication style was spot on it never felt transactional from the beginning. She reassured me to the point of being very comfortable to ask questions at any time. She made sure to do her due diligence which I really appreciated. This process was completely brand new to me so I had no idea what I was doing. I knew immediately from the beginning of my journey that I was in good hands. I enjoyed my entire journey of purchasing a home!
