Doesn't back down when things get tough

Leslie is a realtor who doesn't slow down when things get difficult. We had a particularly complicated first-time home purchase with a lot of moving parts and unexpected delays, but she handled every hurdle with confidence and professionalism. She took the time to walk us through each issue, made sure we understood our options, and kept us informed every step of the way.
