We really enjoyed working with our Realtor Janet Hernandez. She was very friendly, informative and had went above and beyond our expectations. Janet was very knowledgeable about the housing market and got us in a great neighborhood and fantastic location. The house is just beautiful and she was there for us every step of the way whether it was from emails back and forth to looking at so many houses that it got a little bit overwhelming for us. But she helped get us focused on the things we loved and wanted in a home instead of just trying to sell us any house that we were not gonna be happy with. We are just really very thankful that she took her time with us and didn't give up on us. We searched for months and months for the right vacation home for us and our families to be able to come to and enjoy for many years . Thanks to Janet and her expertise . We are so happy to have an agent who listens, and really cares for her clients needs and wants.

After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!
