After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!

Michele has been my Realtor for both the buying and selling of my home. She is second to none in the quality that she provides. She is responsive, communicative, honest, and just goes above and beyond for her clients. The sale of my home was a challenging one, as I moved out of state while the house was on the market and Michele took care of things that were far beyond the scope of what her job is. She did this because she cares about her clients and does her job extraordinarily well. I cannot recommend her enough as she is simply the Best.
