Quiero dejar esta reseña porque realmente estoy súper satisfecho con el trabajo de mi realtor. Yo me considero una persona desconfiada, muy precavida, que pregunta absolutamente todo y que necesita estar 100% seguro antes de tomar una decisión tan importante como comprar una propiedad. Desde el primer día ella tuvo una paciencia increíble conmigo. Me explicó cada detalle, cada documento, cada paso del proceso sin dejar nada en el aire. Siempre estuvo disponible para aclarar mis dudas, incluso cuando yo preguntaba lo mismo de diferentes maneras para estar completamente seguro. Su nivel de profesionalismo, transparencia y dedicación fue excelente. Nunca me presionó, siempre trabajó a mi ritmo y respetó mi forma de analizar todo cuidadosamente. Realmente tuvo un aguante admirable y eso es algo que valoro muchísimo. Trabajó e hizo todo a mi gusto, cuidando mis intereses en cada etapa del proceso. Si eres una persona que, como yo, necesita claridad total y alguien que te explique hasta el mínimo detalle, definitivamente la recomiendo al 100%. I felt Jill wanted us to get the house that was a "home" specific to our needs and wants. She went out of her way when we were in a different state and she did a walk through video for us. Jill definitely knows the market she is in . She was always guiding us so we could make a good decision. Her communication style is calm and reassuring. I never felt she was overwhelmed or stressed. We had quite a few issues with homes after inspection and she was the "calm" while my husband and I were stressing...

Jill answered every question that I had. Since I hadn’t bought a house in 45 years there was a lot. She made seeing property easy and enjoyable. She showed us at least eight houses before we could style on one. Then she walked us through the closing. I would definitely use Jill again and would recommend her to others.
