Nicholas first helped me find a rental property a year ago and at that time he impressed me so much I told him I would make contact again in one yr to look at properties to purchase. He showed me all the properties I requested and listened closely to my likes vs dislikes to help steer me in the right direction. He even put up with that ‘woman’s prerogative’ to change her mind many times!!!! Everything he does is done very professionally and proficiently including answering texts promptly.
