Jennifer was an excellent negotiator, followed our speed to move quickly in both the selling of our old home and buying of new home to accommodate our timeline, she was very quick but thorough in preparing counter offers answering questions, etc.

The agents put the home on the market on a Tuesday and by Monday the following week were already had a contract. It was amazing! They were also our agent on buying our new property and took care of everything for us. It was an amazing experience. We closed on both in about 15 days from offer to closing. It was the best experience.

Working with Leslie Knox was a truly great experience. Even though she had just welcomed a new baby not long before we met her, she remained committed and reliable. After one late start in the beginning, she showed up on time to every single appointment and always came with a positive attitude. Leslie listened to our ideas, respected our vision, and gave thoughtful opinions when needed. She never pushed us but always guided us with care and honesty. She quickly went from being “just” a realtor to becoming a trusted friend. She was patient, responsive, and willing to work with our schedule—especially considering we were coming from out of town. While there were a few properties we didn’t get to see that we would’ve liked, that was more due to timing and logistics than anything on her end. If we ever need a realtor in this area again, we’re absolutely calling Leslie. She’s a stand-up professional and someone we would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

With everything I do in life I PUSH and I HUSTLE and there is no dought i can be a jerk at time and I will push till you either break or it works out. This chapter has been the hardest to close in my life. Every thing does happen for a reason. What I can say is the day before Wyatt sold our house I called and fought with him and he was going to come pickup the sign. Because one thing was for certain I knew we had to move and I knew I could not continue to keep working like I do. Then I looked at the facts and realized our house had more views than any in the area. Let's face it in today's world people are lazy no one wants to work. And I can tell you we have had 2 prior super realtors on previous sales. Alot of times people tell you want you want to hear in life and yeah I thought it was a sales pitch at times and the more I tried to pick this guy apart to find a flaw I couldn't cause EVERYTHING he said was 100 percent true. We got top dollar in a crap market. Crazy high interest rates but HE MADE SHIT HAPPEN! It wasnt easy by a long shot. Numerous nights till 1am 2am. 7 days a week. This super hero jumped fences,moved couches on inspections for a few inches of space, we have drove all over Florida several times. And biggest thing is he dealt with me which is tough. Wyatt my family and I are forever grateful for you. You have changed our lives and Dominick's for the rest of our lives even Mocha is great full. We came for our final walk though and was left with old couches and furniture and more junk. Even a toilet that he tried to pickup till we realized it was hooked up and bolted down lol. Wyatt both our families will never forget what you have done for us and we will forever be greatful. You never would think a realtor would save your life or your family. But this one did!

We couldn't choose a better agent. We are a military family and distance limited us from being physically present throughout the entire process. Cheer was way and beyond in every aspect. She has extensive knowledge of the market and instructed us in the process. She always responded promptly and professionally and gave us the confidence and security we needed. Denise made selling our "forever home" a wonderful experience. We knew Denise before we hired her, and we made the right decision. From the very start, she worked with us to lay out a strategy to quickly sell our house and get top dollar and ger our house sold within less than 10 days! Denise hit the ground running by walking the house and the property and giving us staging recommendations so that the photographer took the best photos and video. Where to start?! House sold in 2 weeks for asking price, which was more than I had expected it to be listed for. Similar house down the street sold for $50,000 less just the month before. Another similar house was listed for $40,000 less when we got the offer. Super freindly, every question(alot) answered, set expectations and exceeded them.
