Let me first say that our home buying process wes long. Not because of Johanna but because we changed what we wanted a number of times. We did not know if we should buy a family home or a townhome. We went back and forth on our location a number of times. Weather it would be one story or two. What would be the square the foot One car garage or two. Johanna had to go through a lot dealing with us, but through it all she at no time became frustrated and was always very helpful giving excellent suggestions. Our home was being built from the ground up in the midst Pandemic, supply chain issues,like lack of wood, window screens and paint and shortage of skilled laborers. Johnna took us to see as many homes as we wanted. and stayed with us through the one year process. She would call in to see how we are doing which made us feel that we were not alone.
