The realtor to go to when you want first class service!

Vanessa helped me with three transactions. We had to sell a rental, buy a new house and sell our current house. She was with us every step of the way! Answering our questions, giving us information before we could even think of it and if she didn’t know, she made sure to find the people who can answer! It was three months to deal with everything, and she was seriously helping every step of the way. I would recommend her any day of the week!

Absolutely a pure joy!

Vanessa was wonderful to work. Prompt. Always willing to answer our millions of questions. We were moving from out of state and were very nervous about buying sight unseen but she made the process seamless. When I walked into my house after a 20 hour drive, I was in awe at how gorgeous it was in person. I'm proud to say I'm obsessed and we couldn't have done it without the support of Vanessa and her team.

Above all expectations

Vanessa has been my favorite realtor to work with, always ready and willing to explain things and listens to all of your concerns. When it comes to finding a home I wouldn’t pick anyone else to be on my team. From the house showings to the walk throughs it has been a delight to make sure everything is top notch.

MY Florida Realtor!

A soon as Venessa stepped in as the Realtor for property I had to sell for my dad’s Trust, she stepped up! When I explained that I had never sold property before, her words were something to the affect “I’ve got you”. She did. She worked hard and never left me hanging. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone wanting a positive real estate experience in Florida. The property was not high value, but she treated it as if it was and if I were her only client. You have real estate needs? Hire Vanessa Maresca Cruz. You will NOT regret it!

Incredible

Let me tell you from the very first time i talked to Janet she made me fill like I was doing the right thing and put my mind at ease. I was apprehensive about selling because I have lived in there with my husband for over 40 years and when he passed away it was just so much for me to handle and I was so overwhelmed. To sell but they made it all easy walk me through everything being it was my first time selling anything and I would sure recommend them to anybody that needs somebody in their corner. They got me more then I could imagine. I will always be great full to her and Vanessa for making it a wonderful experience. #livinlifepart2 because of them.
