When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

After completing the full buying process, I can confidently say Fonda is a professional and should be ranked amongst the top agents in the country. She is deeply connected with understanding how the system works and is excellent at communicating complicated details to homebuyers in a way that they can understand easily. Fonda was able to answer all my questions and more. I would recommend her to anybody.
