Chris was such a blessing throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we had so many questions/concerns and he addressed them all, never once making us feel like a burden. He was extremely communicative, kind, and always gave his honest opinion whenever we became stuck on a decision. He worked with us until close to midnight to wrap up our offer, just a few days after we walked into the open house he was hosting with no realtor, no pre-approval, and little direction on where to even begin. We really enjoyed working with our Realtor Janet Hernandez. She was very friendly, informative and had went above and beyond our expectations. Janet was very knowledgeable about the housing market and got us in a great neighborhood and fantastic location. The house is just beautiful and she was there for us every step of the way whether it was from emails back and forth to looking at so many houses that it got a little bit overwhelming for us. But she helped get us focused on the things we loved and wanted in a home instead of just trying to sell us any house that we were not gonna be happy with. We are just really very thankful that she took her time with us and didn't give up on us. We searched for months and months for the right vacation home for us and our families to be able to come to and enjoy for many years . Thanks to Janet and her expertise .
