I've worked with many realtors over the years, some great and some not so much. Rebecca is by far the best that it's ever been my privilege with which to have been associated. She did an outstanding job preparing my house for sale, and I received top dollar in the end. The advice that she gave me was spot on, and she went above and beyond what any other realtor has done for me. After that, she helped me find my dream condo at the beach. She truly listened to what I said that I wanted, and made sure that I was treated fairly during the negotiation. Do yourself a favor and use Rebecca for all of your real estate needs. I first met Betina, thank goodness, through her persistent emails with respectful follow-up calls. I finally met her when she set up a showing of a property. She seemed so sweet that I thought she won’t be aggressive enough to represent me. Boy was I wrong! Don’t let her calm demeanor, fool you. When it came to advocating for me, she was right in my corner. Betina is a strong woman. When she came to my house for the first time, she brought a team member from Compass Realty and they presented information about my home including market value, my completions in the area, with spread sheets and information about the company. She was prepared and informed before she even got to my home. That was impressive to me. I had had another realtor the day before come to my house and she couldn’t even tell me what my home could possibly be worth. She said she’d get back to me, which turned out to be several days. The choice was easy to make. This team was ready to take me to a whole new level of selling a home with ease. She was very approachable and got back to me within a quick amount of time, which I found rare to find these days. No question was insignificant to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she found out quickly and got right back to me. She was amazing. When buying and selling homes there a reasonable amount of anxiety that comes with the process.
