Mark is an incredible Real Estate Professional. He understands the market inside and out. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. Leeroy’s communication throughout the sales process was excellent. This started with a session to better understand what our goals, expectations, and needs were. Leeroy helped us develop realistic sales plan and kept us apprised throughout the process, sharing feedback from realtors who showed the property. We also received regular feedback and encouragement throughout the process. We felt the sales presentation and photos accurately represented the property. Overall, a very positive experience.

Melissa did a great job getting my condo sold at a good price. There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great understanding of the Pinellas market, whether it's beach properties or something in a neighborhood. I can't recommend her highly enough!
