We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We contacted another realtor, but decided to go with Mike due to his confidence and knowledge of the local market. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course. The support from colleagues and third parties, the title company for instance, were similarly competent and responsive. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing real estate expertise.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, provides excellent guidance and recommendations. We would not have been able to navigate the process as well as we did without him.

Mike Wykoff was absolutely essential in the sale of my home recently. I relocated to DC and was managing the sale of my home long distance, so he was key in helping to facilitate all the buyer's requests for repairs, etc. I would not work with anyone else and will be utilizing him in the future for my next home buying experience.
