Worked with Sarah on purchasing a lot where she is the selling agent. Everything went great! So much so we listened the sale of our home with her. She is friendly and very responsive, and has contacts for everything that makes the process effortless. Highly recommend her as your future buyer/ seller agent in Hernando Beach.

Sarah is in excellent Realtor who knows her profession very well. We had many questions for her and she was quick to respond to us whenever we would text her or call her. We owned a vacant lot which needed to be cleared. I asked her for a reference for a company that does that and she provided me with one, which worked out well. I would definitely use her again if I had another lot or home that I wanted to sell. If anybody has a lot or home that they want to sell, they will not be disappointed in having Sarah represent them as their realtor.

Sarah Hill has deep knowledge of the local market and was able to help us quickly find and efficiently close on our new home. Sarah, after carefully listening to our criteria, was able to develop sophisticated computerized search strategies to help focus our search. Sarah personally took us to each home of interest and provided immediate, onsite comments and analysis concerning that house and property. When we found the right home, Sarah was extremely effective in negotiating the sales price and all the associated conditions. Her communication skills are perhaps best summarized as an expert in interpersonal communications - someone who can tell someone else to go to hell and then make them look forward to the trip. Sarah and her team carefully and closely helped us through all issues, both pre-closing and post-closing, and made the process much easier and far less stressful than expected. Sarah and her team's dedication and professionalism were such that we listed our other home with her and they have done a great job in marketing that property. We can, without reservation, highly recommend Sarah Hill and her team for both helping to buy and sell a home.
