Susan is a true professional, she knows her craft thoroughly, and she went over and above to guide me through the purchase of my retirement home, which took over a year. We went to many homes, too many to count. Susan was very patient with me as I am I sure I drove her crazy with my questions! She was willing to do whatever it took so I could purchase the dream home I wanted and she did! I had a specific list of must have's and I was determined to get them ! Susan would send me listings during the night and day, then drive me all over Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, Trinity, Palm Harbor to name a few areas. I can't tell you how many times we would pull up to a house and I would tell her to keep going, she did so with a smile on her face, I really appreciated all she did for me. She was always available with a positive attitude especially towards the challenges and unexpected issues with the home inspections and upgrades. I had to learn the Florida requirements; such as a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation, did I mention that I am from Virginia and I did not know anything about the Florida market and inspection requirements. She even attended the home inspection for me because I could not get there. I recommend Susan to everyone I know who is interested in selling or buying a home.
