Stephanie was the best agent I have worked with. I live in a different state then where I bought my new house and she did a lot of things foe me that I was not able to be there to do. I would refer her to anyone & everyone that is trying to buy a new home in Florida. She gets 10 out of 10, A+++ or any other high rating there is to give. Thanknyou so much Stephanie for everything you did to help me & my husband get our forever home!!!!

Words cannot convey how much I appreciate your expertise during the big decision of purchasing a home. I am grateful for the time you took to understand my needs and preferences. Buying a house during this crazy housing market was daunting especially with numerous offer submissions and loads of let downs from people over bidding ridiculous amounts over the listing price that surpassed my offers, but you smoothed the way, explained everything clearly, and gave me confidence that the right house will come my way. You are always responsive either by phone, text, or email. I appreciated the time you spent helping me navigate the process throughout the year and a half of my house hunting. Your professionalism and quality of service is, by all means, top notch! I am very thankful for your guidance and support.
