Working with Vinny and Michelle has truly been a pleasure. From our initial meeting and analysis of our needs, they were up front with the process. For every question or concern we had, they returned with an answer. They were very patient with us and always available. They truly dedicated their time to us. Their knowledge of the area and market made us feel at ease. We were not very familiar with the area because we were relocating from another state. At times, we were visiting on a tight schedule and Vinny accommodated us with multiple showings before we had to head back out of state. They gave us the attention, guidance and direction we needed. They were well versed in our specific needs and made the buying process less stressful. Michelle and Vinny negotiated a great deal for us and stayed on top of communication with the seller's agent, lender, inspector, etc. Working with people that have good morals, values and integrity is priceless. Vinny and Michelle are very professional and trustworthy. I never second guessed anything they ever said. We have since closed on our home and they have continued to make themselves available for questions and recommendations as we transition from another state. Our working relationship has truly been a blessing. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home to utilize the services of KeytoSold.

Michelle and Vincent made the process of selling our home super easy. We used them to buy our house originally, and they did not disappoint with the selling of it either. Based on market data and Michelle’s and Vinnie’s wisdom and advice, they sold our house within a week. They’re down to earth and didn’t talk “over our heads.” They are tied into market conditions and gave us the price they thought was the correct price, which is exactly what it sold at. That was amazing. They did have to negotiate a couple of minor issues, and the issues ended in our favor. They’re as professional but “fun” as you can get. I’d use them a third time if we ever need to buy or sell again. I liked them so well that I had them help my parents buy a house plus my uncle to buy, sell, and buy again. That pretty much attests to why you should use them too!

Working with experienced and professional realtor is a key factor when buy/sell a house. Working with Michelle and Vincent Moreno (selling my house) was a wonderful experience specially in the current slow market and they made it done. On the other hand they are taking care of every single detail, providing the advice and direction to get the house listed/presented in a good way, logical price to meet the market expectation.
